One of Aimkon's most intrinsic philosophies is simple: if you stand behind the products we sell, we will, too.
Every product we sold is brand new and covered by the factory warranty(please see your product documentation for product-specific warranty information). Please go to the links listed at the bottom of this page for specific product warranty information.
For customer convenience, we provide free warranty service on behalf of our customers. The exception is the Aimsports products. The manufacturer provides the warranty service directly, the customers should call the number listed on the warranty card.
Customers will contact Aimkon Tactical at
support@aimkon.com for warranty service by providing their warranty card number, and a valid purchase invoice or receipt from Aimkon Tactical.
Note a Aimkon Tactical order number or purchase receipt is required for all warranty service.
Warranty terms:
- Removal and/or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on a product will void all warranty
- All products must be returned in the originally sold condition. Products received by Aimkon for replacement that include 3rd-party attachments will be returned to the address on the package.
- There must be no physical damage to any component that is caused by:
- inadequate or improper repairs carried out by any person or entity which is not authorized by the manufacturer to perform warranty service on its behalf
- negligence, accidents, modifications, defective installation or misuse and use of inappropriate spare parts
- Damage caused by battery leakage
- Failure or damage caused by fire, drops, or unauthorized modification or reconstruction
- Without valid product warranty card, purchase invoice or receipt
